Terms and conditions

Who we are
Wubble is a small web design studio based in the UK, trading at wubble.uk. When we say we, us or Wubble on this page, that is who we mean. When we say you, we mean the person or business buying our work.
Quotes and payment
We agree the price in writing before any paid work starts. A deposit is payable when you accept the quote and the balance is due before the site goes live. Ongoing hosting and care plans are billed monthly in advance.
No contracts, cancel anytime
Hosting and care plans run month to month. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] and the plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for. There are no tie-ins, minimum terms or exit fees.
Your domain and your site
You own your domain and the finished website. If you leave us we will hand over the files and help transfer the domain to you or your next provider. We will happily take over a site somebody else built, and we can work with a domain you already own or register a new one for you.
What we need from you
Content, photos, logins and feedback in reasonable time. Projects that go quiet for a long stretch may need re-quoting when they restart, because our costs and availability change.
Revisions and scope
Every project includes rounds of revisions, agreed up front. Work that falls outside the agreed brief is quoted separately before we start it, so nothing lands on an invoice as a surprise.
Third party services
Some parts of a site rely on services we do not control, such as domain registrars, payment providers, booking tools and Google. We set them up and keep them working, but their own terms and pricing apply.
Liability
We take reasonable care with backups, security and uptime, but we cannot guarantee a website will never go down or that any particular ranking, traffic level or number of enquiries will follow. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous three months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The version on this page is the one that applies. If a change materially affects an ongoing plan, we will tell you by email first.
